YeeGo

Creator Agreement

Version 3.2 Β· Effective Sept. 8, 2026

This English text is the legally binding version. A Lithuanian translation is provided for information only.

Who this is for: people who capture and deliver content through YeeGo.

Governing law: the law of the Republic of Lithuania Β· Yee Solutions, Lithuania

1. Scope

This YeeGo Creator Agreement ("Creator Agreement") governs all terms that apply to Creators using YeeGo. It replaces every previous version of this agreement and any reference to separate general terms and conditions. This document is the complete and only agreement between Yee and the Creator.

2. Definitions

  • Platform β€” all Yee software, applications, APIs, websites and related services.
  • YeeGo β€” the application Creators use to capture and deliver verified Content.
  • YeePro β€” the application Clients use to commission Content.
  • Creator β€” an individual registered on YeeGo who captures and delivers Content.
  • Client β€” a user of YeePro who places Orders.
  • Content β€” any photo, video or other media captured and delivered through YeeGo.
  • Verified Content β€” Content carrying a cryptographic authenticity certificate issued by the Platform at the moment of capture.
  • Order β€” a request for Content placed by a Client and fulfilled by a Creator.
  • Marketplace β€” the part of the Platform where a Creator offers Content they captured on their own.
  • Commission β€” the fee Yee keeps from each completed transaction.
  • Stripe β€” the third-party payment processor the Platform uses.

3. Private delivery β€” your role as a Creator

YeeGo is a private capture and delivery tool. When you fulfil an Order, your Content is delivered only and privately to the Client who commissioned it. Yee does not publish, share, broadcast or make your Content available to the public or to other users of the Platform.

  • Your Content is never published publicly by Yee.
  • It is delivered only to the Client who placed the Order.
  • The Client may use the Content outside the Platform as they decide.
  • Yee is not responsible for how a Client uses the Content after delivery.

4. Eligibility and registration

4.1 Age

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Creator. This limit exists because Creator payments are made through Stripe, which requires the holder of a payout account to be 18 or older.

4.2 Accurate information

You must give accurate, current and complete registration information. Yee may limit or close an account where the information is found to be false or misleading.

4.3 Account security

You are responsible for everything done under your account. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account.

4.4 Identity check

Before your first delivery you must complete the identity check run by Stripe. Until it is complete you can browse and accept Orders, but you cannot deliver Content and you cannot be paid. Yee does not receive or store your identity documents; Yee keeps only the result of the check and the date it was completed.

5. Creator status β€” independent contractor

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, worker, agent or partner of Yee. Nothing in this Creator Agreement creates or implies an employment relationship. Yee does not set your working hours, does not require a minimum number of Orders, and does not stop you from working for anyone else. You are responsible for your own taxes and social contributions. Yee may collect tax identification information and report earnings to tax authorities where the law requires it.

6. Content capture requirements

6.1 Real-time capture only

All Content submitted through YeeGo must be captured in real time with the device camera inside the YeeGo application, at the time and place stated in the Order. This is a basic and non-negotiable requirement of the Platform.

6.2 Strictly prohibited

  • Uploading files from internal or external storage, cloud services, or any other outside source.
  • Applying any filter, colour correction, crop or other post-processing.
  • Using AI generation, enhancement, deepfake or synthetic media tools.
  • Submitting Content captured at a different time or place from the one in the Order.
  • Letting another person capture Content submitted under your account.
  • Faking or changing GPS data, timestamps or device metadata.
  • Using any tool designed to get around the Platform's authenticity checks.

Breaking this section closes the account at once and holds any unpaid earnings while the case is examined.

6.3 Technical enforcement

YeeGo uses device attestation, GPS verification and cryptographic signing to enforce these requirements. Attempts to get around them are detected and lead to the account being closed and earnings being held.

6.4 Content quality

You are expected to make reasonable efforts to capture clear, in-focus Content that answers the Order.

6.5 Automated checks

Every file you submit is checked automatically before anyone can see it. The checks look for content that is not allowed under section 12 and for a photograph or recording of another screen. A file can be held for review or refused. When a file is held or refused you are told, and you are told why. A refused file is never delivered to a Client and does not count as a delivery.

6.6 Video length and file size

A video clip must last at least the shortest length and at most the longest length shown in the app (at the time of writing, between 16 and 32 seconds). The app starts and stops the recording inside that window. A file that falls outside it, or that is larger than the size limit shown in the app, is refused at upload. These limits are shown in the app and can change; the app always carries the current values.

7. Intellectual property β€” full transfer to the Client

When a Client pays for Content, all economic intellectual property rights in that Content transfer automatically and irrevocably to the Client, worldwide and without a time limit. You keep the moral rights that cannot be transferred under Lithuanian law.

By submitting Content you warrant that: you are the sole author and owner; the Content does not infringe anyone else's intellectual property rights; you have not already licensed the Content exclusively to a third party; and you have full authority to transfer these rights.

8. Earnings and payment

8.1 Order price

The Order price is shown before you accept. By accepting, you agree to fulfil the Order for that price.

8.2 Yee Commission

Yee keeps a Commission from each completed transaction before your earnings are sent to you. The current Commission is 15% of the price. For every EUR 100 a Client pays, you receive EUR 85. Yee may change the Commission. Any change is announced at least 30 days in advance, in the app and by email.

8.3 Payment processing

Earnings are paid through Stripe. You must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payment. Payments follow Stripe's payout timings, and Yee is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe or by your bank.

8.4 When payment is due

Payment becomes due when the Client buys your delivered Content. A Client who does not buy pays nothing at all, and no payment is due to you for that Order. Posting an Order is free for the Client, so there is no fee for you to share in. If something goes wrong with an Order, contact support at support@goyee.app.

8.5 Holding earnings

Yee may hold earnings where fraud is suspected, where a card payment has been reversed, where a case under section 12 is being examined, or where the law requires it.

9. Accepting Orders and ratings

9.1 Accepting and cancelling

You choose which Orders to accept. Accepting an Order is a commitment to deliver it within the time the Order states. Repeatedly accepting Orders and not delivering them may limit or close your account. If you cannot deliver an Order you have accepted, say so as early as you can, so the Client can look for someone else.

9.2 Ratings work both ways

After an Order, you and the Client can rate each other and leave a short comment. Before you accept an Order you see the Client's average rating, the number of ratings and the comments other Creators left, and you can open the Client's profile from the Order. The Client sees your rating in the same way. Ratings are visible only inside the Platform, never on the public internet. Write a comment about the work, not about the person.

10. Content Marketplace

As well as fulfilling Orders, you may capture Content on your own and offer it for sale on the Marketplace. Here the Creator starts, and the Client chooses afterwards.

How it works:

  1. You photograph or film on your own.
  2. You upload the Content to the Marketplace through YeeGo.
  3. You set the selling price yourself β€” the price the Client pays.
  4. The Content is visible only to registered YeePro Clients, as a low-resolution painted preview.
  5. A Client buys it, receives the full file, and the Content leaves the Marketplace.

The Marketplace is open only to registered YeePro Clients. Content on it is not public on the internet.

10.1 Creator pricing

You set your own price for Marketplace Content, and the number you type is the price the Client pays. The Commission in section 8.2 is taken out of that price, so what you receive is the price less the Commission. The app shows the amount you will receive on the saved listing, and it shows the lowest price a listing may carry.

10.2 How long a listing lasts

Marketplace Content stays listed for the period shown in the app (currently 6 days) and is then removed automatically. There is no extension.

10.3 One sale only

Each piece of Marketplace Content may be sold once. When a Client pays, the full Content is delivered to that Client and permanently removed from the Marketplace. It cannot be sold again.

10.4 The same capture rules apply

All Marketplace Content must meet the same real-time capture requirements as section 6. Pre-recorded, edited or externally sourced Content is prohibited and closes the account.

10.5 Intellectual property

The transfer rules in section 7 apply to Marketplace sales in the same way.

10.6 No guarantee of a sale

Yee does not guarantee that any Marketplace Content will be bought. You list Content at your own risk, and Yee is not liable for Content that expires unsold.

11. Privacy, safety and the rights of other people

You are responsible for following privacy and data protection law when you capture Content. Be careful about photographing people in private settings, and be especially careful about children. You are responsible for your own safety: never enter a place you are not allowed to enter, and never take a risk to fulfil an Order.

12. Prohibited conduct and prohibited content

You must not:

  • Misrepresent your identity, your qualifications or your location.
  • Submit content showing sexual activity or nudity intended to arouse (pornography).
  • Submit any content that sexualises a child. This is the most serious rule on the Platform.
  • Submit content that is violent, hateful, or illegal under the law of Lithuania or of the European Union.
  • Enter private property without permission, or break any law, to fulfil an Order.
  • Try to work around the Platform's technical checks, or use the Platform through automated tools.

Breaking this section closes the account. Where content sexualising a child is found, the account is closed, the content is preserved, and the matter is reported to the authorities.

13. Data protection, evidence and the authorities

Yee processes personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of this agreement.

Where Yee has reason to believe that content or conduct breaks the law, Yee may keep a copy of the content, of the account data and of the technical records connected with it for as long as the law requires, even after the account is closed. Yee gives this material to the police or to another authority when the law requires it or in answer to a lawful request. Where the law requires a report to be made, Yee makes it without telling the account holder first.

14. Changes to these terms

Yee may update these terms. A new version is announced in the app and by email.

When a new version takes effect, the app asks you to accept it. You can read it, accept it, or decline it.

  • If you accept, the new version applies from that moment.
  • If you do not answer within 7 days of being asked, you are treated as having accepted the new version.
  • If you decline, you keep your account, but you cannot accept Orders and you cannot publish Content to the Marketplace until you accept the current version. Everything else β€” viewing, messages, earnings already due, and closing your account β€” keeps working.

If you do not want to accept a new version, you may close your account at any time. Questions: support@goyee.app.

15. Indemnification by the Creator

You agree to cover Yee's loss, including reasonable legal costs, where it arises from Content you submitted, from your breach of this agreement, or from your breach of the rights of another person.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Yee's total liability to a Creator shall not exceed the greater of EUR 100 or the total fees paid to that Creator in the three months before the claim. Yee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for a Client's decision not to buy.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by Yee's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory European Union or Lithuanian law.

17. Yee Platform intellectual property

The Platform, its software, its design and its trade marks belong to Yee. This agreement gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use YeeGo, and nothing more.

18. Account limits, suspension and closure

There are three separate states:

  • Limited. You declined a new version of these terms (section 14). You cannot accept Orders or publish to the Marketplace. Accepting the current version removes the limit at once.
  • Suspended. Yee is examining a possible breach. Deliveries and payouts are paused while the case is open. You are told that the account is suspended.
  • Closed. Either you asked for it, or a breach of section 6 or section 12 was confirmed. Earnings already due are still paid, unless they are held under section 8.5 or the law prevents payment.

You may close your account at any time. Closing it does not cancel an Order you have already accepted, and does not remove Content already delivered to a Client.

19. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Disputes are heard by the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumer users in the European Union keep all their rights under mandatory consumer protection law, and may refer a dispute to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or to the European Union online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

20. General

If any part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Yee not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else; Yee may transfer it as part of a transfer of the business. This document, together with the Privacy Policy, is the whole agreement between you and Yee.

What changed in version 3.2

  • Section 6.6 (video length and file size) is new: a clip must last between the shortest and the longest length shown in the app, currently 16 to 32 seconds.
  • Section 8.4 no longer mentions a posting fee. The Client pays nothing to post an Order, so a Client who does not buy pays nothing at all.
  • Section 9.2 (ratings) is new: you see the Client's rating and the comments other Creators left, and you can open the Client's profile from the Order.
  • Section 10.1 (Marketplace pricing) now matches the app: the price you type is the price the Client pays, and the Commission is taken out of it. The app shows what you will receive.

What changed in version 3.1

  • Section 4.1 (age) now says why the limit of 18 exists: Stripe requires it for a payout account.
  • Section 4.4 (identity check) is new: the Stripe identity check must be complete before the first delivery.
  • Section 6.5 (automated checks) is new: every file is checked automatically before anyone sees it.
  • Section 8.4 replaces the old 24-hour dispute window, which the Platform never had. Payment is due when the Client buys.
  • Section 10.2 (listing time) now matches the Platform: the period shown in the app, currently 6 days, with no extension. The old text said 7 days with one extension.
  • Section 12 now names prohibited content directly, including pornography and any content sexualising a child.
  • Section 13 is new: keeping evidence and giving it to the authorities when the law requires it.
  • Section 14 (changes) now describes what the app actually does: accept, decline, or no answer within 7 days.
  • Section 18 is new: the three account states β€” limited, suspended, closed.
  • Marketplace previews are described as painted low-resolution previews, which is what the Platform shows, instead of "partially blurred".
